How much does the season cost?

Phenom Drum & Bugle Corps is constantly striving to be one of the most affordable summer music performance opportunities in Arizona and across Drum Corps International.

However, the operation of a touring competitive drum & bugle corps is still very expensive. The administrative team works very hard to offer the membership the highest level experience possible while keeping costs as low as possible for our membership.

As outlined in your membership contract, your membership and tour fees are paid in installments throughout the course of the season. These monthly payments reduce the upfront cost for membership and enable anyone with the drive and motivation to attain a fulfilling drum corps season!

The following will outline what it will cost to be a member of Phenom Drum & Bugle Corps for the 2022 season:

2022 Audition/Registration Fee: $20*

*includes audition t-shirt and instructional staff for the day

2022 Membership and Tour Fee: To Be Announced

*Exact fees details coming soon!

There may be additional costs for you personally this season with Phenom.

Some factors to consider could include things such as:

  • Cost of gas for travel to and from rehearsals

    • (We encourage you to carpool with other members)

  • Cost of meals on food breaks

    • (Bring a cooler lunch to keep costs low)

  • Any repair fees that are required if damage is made to equipment issued to you by Phenom

  • Mouthpiece, valve oil, slide grease, etc. Everything to keep your instrument in proper working order at all times
